Why Do We Exist?

Some Missions Cannot Afford to Fail

From Special Forces units conducting counter-terrorism, to corporate executives making multi-million-dollar deals, to construction crews erecting 100-meter skyscrapers—the stakes are unforgivable.

We do not replace or replicate your current support and clinical structures, we speak to you or your team the way you understand. We have been in your shoes, faced the challenges, and we know the true cost of what that means.

When you or your team members are emotionally compromised, you lose operational readiness, safety incidents spike, deadlines blow out, and high-performing team members with years of knowledge and experience walk out the door.

This costs you means, money and mission.

Emotional Compromise is Mission Compromise

“I’ve been the one to Emotionally Compromise a high-accountability team. Not because I was incompetent, not because I was unqualified, not because I was uncommitted; because I couldn’t see my own Emotional Performance Gaps. I won’t stand idle and let others do the same”.

  • Tom Brown, Founder and Owner of Emotional Performance

What Do We Do?

WE BRIDGE EMOTIONAL PERFORMANCE GAPS

Our 3 Priorities:

  • INCREASE Operational Readiness: Your physical, mental, and emotional capacity to serve others via your role or function.

  • INCREASE Emotional Longevity: Your physical, mental, and emotional capacity to serve yourself and others via any means.

  • DECREASE Emotional Compromise: A temporary reduction in your capacity to maintain Operational Readiness and Emotional Longevity.

Backed by our proprietary Emotional Performance Report™, and global third-party psychometrics identifying the exact internal operating systems driving you and the team that completes your mission.

How Do We Do It?

THE EMOTIONAL PERFORMANCE FRAMEWORK™

A system forged in the crucible of a frontline Military career, proofed through lived experience, and stress tested in First Responder environments, we help you and your team systematically answer the four fundamental questions we are all asking ourselves:

  • Who am I? Aligning role and self to form ultimate CLARITY through collection.

  • Am I Worthy? Building emotional and physical CAPACITY through demonstration.

  • Do I Belong? Forming fundamental CONNECTION by learning to seek.

  • Do I Matter? Implementing true CONTRIBUTION to a mission by compounding.

Who Is It For?

Executive or Operations teams and leaders who suffer unexplained:

  • Burnout

  • Retention issues

  • Relationship conflicts

  • Decreased engagement

  • Safety incidents

  • Extended staff absence

  • Low support system engagement

What Are Your Options?

Option 1 - Emotional Performance Debrief

A deidentified report highlighting the potential Emotional Performance Gaps that may be Emotionally Compromising the team or leadership that are responsible for the mission that you have deemed essential.

This could be the means to complete it, the money to fuel it, or the mission itself.

Option 2 - Emotional Performance Framework™ workshop delivery

4 × 1 monthly in-person workshops in your office or operating environment.

Each session combines 1 x Emotional Performance Pillar and 1 x Emotional Performance Element.

We use our own proprietary systems, third party psychometric tools, multiple Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), exercises and individual takeaways.

Option 3 - Emotional Performance Coaching

12 months of 1 on 1 Emotional Performance coaching to align emotions with personal and professional goals.

Goal setting, psychometrics, resource library access, formal and informal sessions, templates, and SOPs.
